
Passwords should always be given a high amount of care. Think of your passwords similarly to how you would the security of your home. You wouldn’t give your house keys to anyone who happened to walk by your house. So in similar fashion, one should always keep careful track of how you manage your own passwords. The amount of personal information that can sit behind that 6-8 character long sequence might take you off guard. One simple way to get yourself more informed about your own personal information is by understanding the process of tracking and deleting passwords within your browser.

How To Remove All Stored Passwords in Your Web Browser
Internet Explorer:
• Click Tools→Internet Options
• Click General Tab, then “Delete” under Browsing History
• Check “Passwords” box
• Click “Delete”
• This will delete ALL Internet Explorer stored passwords
Firefox:
• Click Tools→Options (or Firefox→Preferences on a Mac)
• Click Security
• Click “Saved Passwords”
• Click website you want to delete the saved password for
• Click Remove!
Google Chrome:
• Click Tools→Options (or Chrome→Preferences on a Mac)
• Click “Personal Stuff” tab
• Click “Show Saved Passwords”
Safari:
• Click Safari→Preferences
• Click Autofill button
• Click “Edit” next to Usernames and Passwords
