The news first started on newspaper, and everyone would grab their daily newspaper and enjoy it while they have a nice breakfast. Since then, news outlets have evolved quite a bit. The news became one of the most popular and important functions of TV, as local, national, and international news programs swarmed the channel guide.
Most recently, the news has made it’s way over to our handheld smarphones.
With the NFL playoffs here, and the NBA season starting off with some exhilarating games, sports apps are great to have on your smartphone to stay tuned in when you’re on-the-go. If you’re away from home and need a quick score check, or if you want to see how your fantasy team is doing and make a few trades, sports apps are always fun to have.
Some apps even show the game directly on your smartphone.
If the new year has left you sleepless in 2012, there are a few things you can do to improve your sleep patterns.
Of course the best thing you can do for yourself is stay healthy. This mean exercising frequently and eating balanced meals. Improving your physical fitness will inevitably help you sleep.
It’s easy to be distracted by technology with games like Skee-Ball and Can Knockdown, or by watching Netflix instant from my iPad on the couch, but I generally try to keep my brain busy with fun challenges and thought-provoking cotent.
