With the seasons changing, we are going to be experiencing more wind and rain. With these weather conditions comes possible power outages and brownouts. What exactly is a brownout? A brownout is a drop in voltage in an electrical power supply. The term brownout comes from the dimming experienced by lighting when the voltage sags.
During this windy and rainy season be sure to protect any equipment that is not usually “always on” with a surge protector. Any items that are “always on” or that may be on during a brownout should be on a battery backup, as brownouts can harm electronics more than complete power outages.

The Amazon Wish List is a list that you can add anything from any website. So how do you set this up?
It is actually quite easy. First you have to have an Amazon account. Then click on the Wish List button by the top right of the page. Once you have done that you will see a beige box with the Universal Wish List link. Click on that and then you will see an Add a Wish List button. Drag that up to make a tab on your computer. Now that’s done it is ready to go. If you’re at a website and you fine something you want, you just click your wish list tab and you put in the information asked and click add to wish list. The great thing about this list is that, if you make it public (under private settings), then anyone can find this list! So if your friend is looking for something to get you, they just go to wish list, and search for you! You can also add comments if you want to say something special about an item. It also shows the price and amount of items wanted, right by each item.
