Hi Jeremy,
I really enjoy your show! I have a question about converting vinyl records and cassette tapes to digital. I have found a couple products that connect the turntable/cassette player to the laptop computer via usb, “behringer ufo-202″ and “ads technology instant music rdx-150″. I just wanted to know if you are familiar with any of these, or do you know of any other products that you would recommend? I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you very much for any help!!
Thanks!
Hello Listener!
Thanks for listening to the show and the great compliments!
In the past I have used and recommended the Ion series USB turntable. It’s super easy to use and produces great results. You can find it here: http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/digital-conversion/c7fd/. It’s a little higher in price than the Behringer unit, but it’s worth the $99.
Best of luck!
-Jeremy
